Facility Usage
First Ev. Lutheran Church is a beautiful spacious church to consider when planning your next event. We have several option to host events big and small. Baby/bridal showers, graduation parties, birthday/anniversary parties, classes, holiday get togethers, indoor sport practices, just to name a few. The packet below will have information and a contract if considering FELC for your next gathering. Office Hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-2pm and Friday 9am-12pm.
“Fellowship hall”
Offers a spacious area that holds 100 people comfortably. When fully set up it has 17 round tables with 6 chairs at each, a buffet table, a full kitchen, room for a couple extra tables (gift, dessert, etc.) and access to restrooms.
“The Gym”
Our gym area offers so many options for hosting your event. It can be used as a court for volleyball, basketball, or pickleball; a dance/baton floor; card/craft shows, meeting/gathering spot. We have 15 8ft and 5 6ft rectangle tables with 150 chairs that can be set up. There is a full kitchen and restrooms in this area.
“Library”
This option is for smaller meetings, classes, or events. It holds 12-16 people. There is a large white board if needed. Restroom right around the corner.
“Classroom”
We have several small rooms that can be set up for small meetings, classes, or events. These rooms can be set up how you wish. They hold 8-15 people comfortably.
We have an assortment of a/v equipment that can be used in most of the locations (T.V, DVD player, Speaker, etc.). Don’t forget to ask if they are available went scheduling you event.
We offer discounts to non-profit organizations. All events must pay a $50 deposit to schedule.
